What this program is

Refer and Earn lets you receive a reward when someone you refer enrolls in a Softech Education program. Your friend may also receive a benefit on their own course fee. Both sides can gain from a single successful referral.

Who can participate

-Current students can refer

-Visitors and non-students can refer
-If you are a current student or an alumnus and you also enroll in another program; you can still be eligible for referral rewards under this policy.

When a referral counts as successful

A referral becomes valid only when all the points below are true.

1. You submit the Referral Form with correct details of your friend before their admission is completed.
2. Our Admissions Team confirms and validates the enrollment of your friend.
3. Your friend pays at least 50% of the total course fee.

Only after these steps are complete does the reward process begin.

Types of rewards

The reward offered depends on the program your friend chooses. Rewards may be a fee waiver, a voucher, or a cash payout after the required documents are submitted.

You and your friend may share the reward if both of you agree. Your friend can also choose to apply their share as a discount on the remaining course fee.

Step by step guide

• Tell your friend about Softech Education. Explain which program suits their goals.
• Fill and submit the Referral Form with accurate details before their admission is finalized. This helps us link the referral to you.
• Our team verifies the admission of your friend.
• Your friend pays at least half of the total fee. Once this payment is confirmed, your referral becomes eligible for a reward.
• We calculate the reward as per the program and the policy.
• We issue the reward.
  # For cash payouts we process the transfer within 7 banking days after we receive complete bank details and the required documents.
  # For vouchers or fee waivers we apply them according to the program rules.

Group admission benefits

Learning with friends can save more for everyone.

-If a group has 3-5 learners each person receives an extra 5% discount on the course fee.

-If a group has 6 or more learners each person receives an extra 10 % discount on the course fee.

These discounts apply to everyone after the standard admission checks and payment confirmations.

Example
If a course fee is 1,00,000 then a 5% discount equals 5000/person. A 10% discount equals 10000/person. These numbers are examples only and the actual fee depends on the program.

Visitors and non-students

You do not need to be a Softech student to refer. If your friend pays 50% of the course fee and submits the required documents, you can receive special cash vouchers.

Benefits for your friend

Your friend may receive a fee waiver on the course they join. In most cases we apply this to the remaining balance after the booking or block payment.

Referral rewards usually cannot be combined with scholarships, other discounts or other fee waivers unless we clearly say so for a specific offer.

Clear definitions

Paid Referrer
A Softech Education student who has paid a booking amount for any program and who refers someone.

Nonpaid Referrer
A person who has not paid a booking amount but still refers to a potential candidate.

Referrer
A general term that includes both paid and non-paid referrers.

Friend or Referee
The person who is being referred and who wishes to enroll in a Softech Education program.

Referral Form
The form that the referrer must submit with the details of the friend before the admission is completed.

Reward
The benefit given to the referrer or the referee. The benefit may be a cash reward, a voucher or a fee waiver.

Important rules and fair use

Referral benefits cannot be combined with other offers, scholarships or fee waivers unless Softech Education explicitly allows it.

If a referrer uses external marketing channels or third-party platforms Softech Education may verify eligibility before approving any reward.

Any misuse, misrepresentation or adverse action by either the referrer or the referee may lead to disqualification from the program.

Softech Education may modify, update or end the Refer and Earn Program at any time without prior notice.

We may use data and testimonials from referrers and referees for promotional purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
