You will receive in depth modules, practical assignments, tests, hands on projects along with these we also arrange mock interviews. We want you to properly learn and to apply your skills to real world job roles.

We will track your learning and progress through our portal named PULSE.

In PULSE we record your attendance in live sessions and in self-learning. We will track your assignments, exams and projects. This will help you to stay disciplined and accountable throughout your journey with us.

You can learn online or in person. Our courses include Digital Marketing, Data Science, Full Stack Web Development, Dot Net Development, Java Programming, App Development, Networking Cybersecurity and more. Every course is thoroughly designed to build job ready skills.

Job Guarantee briefly

Our Job Guarantee supports your move into a first job after training. Please read the terms with care.

1. You get job placement within one hundred eighty days after you finish the course and receive your certificate.
2. If you are not placed within this time we refund the full course fee. Taxes and external certification fees are not included in the refund.

What you must complete to stay eligible

You must complete the course in full. This means

1. You must score at least 75% percent on the final exam.
2. You must meet the attendance rules complete all assignments and projects and take part in mock interviews.

3. You must pay all fees in full, and you must complete the program within 365 days from the date you enrolled.

After course completion how placement works

1. You will receive job openings from the Softech Education placement team. You are expected to apply to these roles.
2. If you do not apply within thirty days you must email a valid reason to contact@softecheducation.com
3. If you do not communicate within this time, you will be removed from the Job Guarantee.

Interview rules

1. If you are shortlisted for an interview that Softech Education arranges you must attend. If you cannot attend, you must inform us in advance by email with a genuine reason.
2. Missing an interview without prior notice can result in loss of the placement guarantee.

After you receive an offer

1. Once you accept any job offer the Job Guarantee ends. This is true even if you received the offer on your own.
2. We do not negotiate salaries. Pay depends on your skills knowledge company policy and interview performance.

We assist you in getting the first job. Staying in the job depends on your agreement with the employer. We are not responsible for resignation or termination after placement.

Softech Education may use your placement data testimonials and success stories in print and digital promotions. We will follow our Privacy Policy when we do so.

Who is not covered by the Job Guarantee

1. The guarantee is not valid if a candidate creates adverse remarks or negative publicity against Softech Education.
2. Only graduates or those with an equivalent degree are eligible. Final year students can receive the guarantee only after they graduate.
3. The guarantee does not apply if a physical or mental health condition prevents the candidate from performing job duties.
4. Any case of misrepresentation fraud or false documents leads to immediate disqualification from the Job Guarantee.
